Casa Primavera
The holiday home mostly used by ourselves in winter is located in the northwest of the island, in the -> Golfo, an old volcanic semi-crater in the municipality of -> La Frontera.
It is surrounded by an approx. 8500 sqm largely natural garden plot with private parking and is
and is located on a quiet driveway that has now been converted into a footpath and can be used by residents with vehicles.
Calle El Canal in the area of Casa Primavera now is a footpath with clear priority for pedestrians.

Every driver can earn the friendly smiles of pedestrians through their behavior. Good luck.

This driveway, which was originally created during the construction of an irrigation canal, hence the name Calle el Canal, therefore runs almost evenly through the impressive El Golfo Valley at a height of approximately 200 m above sea level. The driveway is part of the Hiking trail PR-EH 2.3 , with wonderful views of the Atlantic and the mountains.
The house is so quiet that you can often hear the Atlantic Ocean, although it is about 1.2 km away in direct line of sight.
The nearest houses are in about 100 m distance.

Close surroundings
A small shop in the Merese district can be reached on food using an old nature path (part of the old transport network before the time of the automobile) in about 10-15 minutes. This path begins on the right in front of the gate on the driveway of the neighboring house above Casa Primavera and leads through a small gorge typical of the island, here called “barranco”. It is one of many old public paths, named “camino publico”.
More shops and restaurants are located about 1.3 km away in Tigaday, the main town of the municipality of La Frontera.

First Impressions

The interior is made of light wood.
The semi-integrated, well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dining table with four seats, coffee machine and toaster is connected to the living room.

One bedroom is furnished with two large single beds, the other at the other end of the house with a double bed and corresponding bed linen. There is also a small desk.
A bathroom with shower is at your disposal.
Facilities include hair dryer, washing machine, Satellite TV and free high-speed fiber optic internet access via Wifi. There is also a portable radio with CD player, games and German books, which can be exchanged for those that have already been read.

On the few cold days you can heat with a gas stove.

Furniture for the terraces and two sun loungers are also available.
With us you can smoke in the house and bring your pet with you after consultation.

Due to the ground-level arrangement of the interiors and the terraces, the house is partially accessible for the disabled. However, the doors with minimum of 69cm have no excess width and the kitchen and bathroom are unfortunately not suitable for the disabled.
